Thomas Candler Memorial Scholarship

Established in 2006, this $1,500 one year scholarship honors the founding member of The Quad-Cities Area Advance Practice Nurses and Physician Assistant Alliance (QCA APN/PA Alliance). Its purpose is to support students pursing a Master’s or Doctoral degree in the following areas:

• Physician Assistant
• Nurse Practitioner
• Nurse Midwife
• Nurst Anesthetist
• Clinical Nurse Specialist
  

Criteria
This is a non-need based award available to US citizens who reside in an area served by the QCA APN/PA Alliance
To qualify, you must:

• Possess a GPA of 3.0 or better. (Selected candidate will be asked to furnish an official transcript).
• Complete the application form below
• Submit a 250word essay
• Submit two letters of recommendation (non-relative)
